- Bakery Order Information: Selected cake flavors, weight/poundage (e.g. 2-pound, 3-pound), custom written text, delivery recipient address, date, and preferred delivery time.
- Communication History: Incoming customer messages sent to our Meta WhatsApp Business account.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used strictly for legitimate bakery business operations:
- To process, confirm, and deliver bakery and custom cake orders.
- To send automated WhatsApp order status updates and receipts.
- To respond to customer questions regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery areas in Bahawal Nagar.
3. Third-Party Data Processing & Integrations
We respect your privacy and never sell, lease, or distribute customer data to third parties. We share data only with authorized technology providers essential for service delivery:
- Meta Cloud API (WhatsApp): Transmits encrypted WhatsApp messages under Meta’s global developer terms.
